Main is fair-no rips or tears. Just a bit of stretching over time. Jib and storm jib are in great shape. The cushions need re-upholstered. I made the mistake of forgetting to pull them before the winter one year and it took its toll. There is a small leak from a window into the interior which is pretty common for these but the hull is sound. A survey was done in 2011 and all items were addressed (all were minor). The head has never been used nor has the icebox or sink. It has a new battery and solar charger. I would need to sand and stain the wood for next year as well. It sleeps 4. The motor has been totally overhauled and is fully ready to go...both the motor and boat are 1979...
